Prices are per villa and night

Each villa can accommodate max. 4 people
Prices include cleaning, towel & linen change every 4 days
Cancellation, change of booking & deposit policy
We require a deposit of 40% with the booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation or change of booking up to 30 days before arrival 80% of the total amount is due.
After 30 days before arrival we charge the full amount.
We recommend to conclude a travel insurance.
